All air conditioning units and installation materials remains property of North Brisbane Air until invoice is paid in full.

All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of work been completed or a $44 administration fee will be applied for every day the invoice is overdue.

North Brisbane Air is not responsible for any patching, painting or wall repairs from exciting air conditioning unit.

North Brisbane Air dose not warrant any manufacturer's warranty. This will be carried out by a third party. We will be happy to assist with this process should there be any need to make a warranty claim.

10% Deposit must be paid in full prior to any job been booked.

North Brisbane Air is not liable for any damages that may be caused by an air conditioner such as electrical products including TV's. Please note: air conditioners do malfunction at times and can leak water.
